The following statutes are hereby repealed: P.L.1941, c. 27 (approved March 28, 1941) and all amendments and supplements thereto. Sections 34:5-24 through 34:5-32 of the Revised Statutes. Sections 21:1-41 through 21:1-44 of the Revised Statutes. Sections 21:1-50 and 21:1-51 of the Revised Statutes. The repeal of any statute herein shall not be deemed to revive any act previously repealed by any such statute.
