A well casing for a driven well shall:

1. (a) Have a cover to prevent the entrance of insects or other foreign matter into the well;
2. (b) Be accessible to facilitate periodic disinfection or well maintenance; and
3. (c) When constructed for household use in unconsolidated materials produce a volume of clear water to meet the demands of the household which the well serves.
