A well constructed as part of a public water system as defined by RSA 485:1-a, XV shall have the location approved by the department pursuant to Env-Dw 301, Env-Dw 302, Env-Dw 404, Env-Dw 405, and Env-Dw 406, or successor rules in Env-Dw.
