Sanctions

(a) Pursuant to RSA 332-B:14, III, disciplinary measures available to the board to sanction misconduct shall be:
1. (1) By reprimand;
2. (2) By suspension, limitation, or restriction of license;
3. (3) By revocation of license;
4. (4) By requiring the person to participate in a program of continuing education in the area or areas in which the person has been found deficient; or
5. (5) By the imposition of civil penalties of up to $2,000 per violation, or in the case of continuing violations, not more than $200 per day, whichever is greater.
