- (a) Conditional licenses shall be valid for 2 years from the date of issuance, or until the licensee obtains ECFVG certification and receives a full license.
- (b) An ECFVG candidate, or a candidate for another certification program that meets the ECFVG or PAVE program minimum standards, who does not pass a CPE examination may apply to renew or reinstate their conditional license, however, a conditional license shall not be renewed or reinstated more than once.
