1. (a) Parties and intervenors shall make requests for the voluntary production of information and documents relevant to the hearing as soon as they perceive that the information or documents are needed.
2. (b) Parties and intervenors shall attempt in good faith to make complete and timely response to such requests for the voluntary production of relevant information and documents.
3. (c) When a dispute arises concerning a request for the voluntary production of information or documents, any party or intervenor may file a motion in accordance with Ve-H 211 to compel the production of the requested information or documents.
