1. (a) Pursuant to RSA 422:21, effective dates for state aircraft registration certificates shall be based upon the first numeral of the N-number, as follows:

2. (b) An original aircraft registration shall be issued outside of the month shown in the above table as an out-of-cycle registration in accordance with RSA 422:21, V.
3. (c) The fee for an out-of-cycle registration shall be computed in accordance with RSA 422:21, V.
