1. (a) The department shall create a map depicting all access routes in the state that are approved, not approved, or approved with conditions.

2. (b) The map depicting access routes, and any amendments thereto, shall be distributed:

   1. (1) To all affected localities;
   2. (2) To motor vehicle enforcement officials;
   3. (3) To applicants for access routes; and
   4. (4) To any other person upon request.
