Filing Deadlines in LUCT Appeals

- (a) The filing deadlines for LUCT appeals shall be as stated in RSA 79-A:10.
- (b) Tax 203.04(b), (c), and (d) shall apply to LUCT appeals with the notice of tax date defined in Tax 102.34.
