1. (a) The board shall recognize as maintenance of continuing competence public professional presentations relating to speech-language pathology, including workshops, lectures, and in-service trainings.
2. (b) The board shall credit the licensee with 2 hours for each clock hour of a public presentation, to a maximum of 8 hours per renewal cycle, provided that, if the licensee gives the same public presentation more than once, the board shall credit the licensee for only a single presentation.

3. (c) Documentation of public professional presentations shall be:

   1. (1) A photocopy of the official program of the presentation showing:

      1. a. The name and date of the presentation;
      2. b. The licensee as presenter; and
      3. c. The number of hours of the presentation;
   2. (2) A photocopy of an advertisement or brochure for the presentation showing the same information; or

   3. (3) A photocopy of a written verification of the presentation:

      1. a. Showing the same information; and
      2. b. Signed by a representative of the presentation's sponsor.
