1. (a) The board shall recognize as maintenance of continuing competence one or more of the following kinds of training required by the licensee's employer:

   1. (1) Client confidentiality and privacy laws;
   2. (2) Ethics;
   3. (3) Sexual harassment;
   4. (4) Leadership in the field; and
   5. (5) Supervision skills.
2. (b) The board shall credit the licensee with one hour for each clock hour of training received by the licensee to a maximum of 2 hours per renewal cycle.

3. (c) Documentation of receipt of such training shall be a photocopy of a certificate:

   1. (1) Stating the licensee has received the training;
   2. (2) Identifying the topic of the training;
   3. (3) Stating the number of hours of the training; and
   4. (4) Signed by a representative of the employer or of the entity presenting the training.
