1. (a) Conditional licensees shall practice:

   1. (1) Under the supervision of a speech-language pathologist who is:

      1. a. Licensed in New Hampshire throughout the period of the conditional licensee's practice;
      2. b. Not under disciplinary investigation or under pending disciplinary charges in the facilities where supervision is to take place;
      3. c. Has not had disciplinary action taken against them in any state within the past 5 years; and

      4. d. Not related to the conditional licensee as:

         1. 1. Spouse or civil union partner;
         2. 2. Parent, step-parent or parent-in-law;
         3. 3. Natural, foster or adopted child;
         4. 4. Sibling, step-sibling or sibling-in-law; or
         5. 5. First or second cousin; and
   2. (2) In accordance with the practice requirements set forth in (b) and (c) below.

2. (b) Conditional licensees shall practice under supervision for the following periods of time:

   1. (1) At least 12 continuous weeks if practicing 30 hours each week; or
   2. (2) At least 24 continuous weeks if practicing fewer than 30 hours each week.

3. (c) Conditional licensees shall practice under the following kinds of supervision:

   1. (1) Direct supervision for at least one hour during each 4-week period of practice; and
   2. (2) Indirect supervision for at least one hour during each 4-week period of practice.
