“Indirect supervision” means supervision where the supervisor is not required to be in the same facility or in close proximity to the individual being supervised, but is available to provide supervision by electronic means, including but not limited to:

1. (a) Demonstration;
2. (b) Record review;
3. (c) Review and evaluation of audio or videotaped sessions; and
4. (d) Interactive television and supervisory conferences conducted by telephone, e-mail, or live webcam.
