"Active in the profession" means:

1. (a) Having been professionally engaged, on a paid or unpaid basis at least 432 hours in another jurisdiction during the 36 months immediately prior to submitting an application for licensure in New Hampshire; and

2. (b) Having been so engaged in any one or more of the following capacities:

   1. (1) Delivering speech-language pathology services directly to clients, including doing so during the post-graduate professional experience referred to in RSA 326-F:4, I.;
   2. (2) As an educator in speech-language;
   3. (3) As an administrator in speech-language, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, rehabilitation services or special education;
   4. (4) Contributing expertise in speech-language to a speech-language pathology board or committee; and
   5. (5) As a speech-language pathology consultant.
