1. (a) Each applicant for a certificate for an energy facility shall file with the committee one original and 15 paper copies of its application and an electronic version of its application in PDF format, unless otherwise directed by the chairperson or the administrator, after consultation by the chairperson or administrator with state agencies that are required to be provided a copy of the application under this chapter, in order to permit the timely and efficient review and adjudication of the application.

2. (b) The committee or the administrator shall:

   1. (1) Acknowledge receipt of an application filed under Site 301.01(a) in writing directed to the applicant;
   2. (2) Forward a copy of the application and acknowledgment to each member of the committee;
   3. (3) Forward a copy of the application to each state agency required to receive a copy under Site 301.10(a) and (b); and
   4. (4) Post a copy of each application on the committee’s website.
