- (a) Candidates for licensure who are licensed or registered in another state shall be eligible for licensure pursuant to RSA 310:17, provided that the candidate’s current state of licensure has licensure, registration, or certification requirements that are substantially equivalent to or higher than those of this state, pursuant to Plc 313.55.
- (b) Candidates applying for licensure under this section shall complete and submit the “Universal Application for Initial Licensure”, to provide the information required by Plc 304.03, the documentation specified in Plc 304.04, and the signature and attestation as specified in Plc 304.05. The verification of licensure or examination shall be obtained by the candidate for licensure and submitted to the licensing bureau directly from the verifying state for approval.
