- (a) Persons wishing to become licensed as a septic system evaluator in New Hampshire shall complete and submit to the licensing bureau the “Universal Application for Initial Licensure” and provide the information required by Plc 304.03, the documentation required by Plc 304.04, the signature and attestation specified in Plc 304.05, and the application fee specified in Plc 1002.49.
- (b) Applications shall be reviewed pursuant to Plc 304.06.
- (c) Applicants may challenge the denial of an application for initial licensure by submitting a petition for a rehearing as required by Plc 304.10(a).
- (d) Plc 304.06 shall govern applications about which there has been no communication from the applicant.
