Late renewal and reinstatement fees for the licensure of mechanical business entities shall be as follows:

1. (a) For late renewal past 30 days and up to 12 months: $25.00 per month; and
2. (b) For licensing reinstatement of mechanical business entity licenses that have been expired longer than 12 months, or are reinstated following suspension or revocation: $550.00.
