Fees for the initial licensure of mechanical business entities shall be as follows:

1. (a) For a 2-year mechanical business entity which employs one to 5 licensed plumbing and/or fuel gas fitting technicians: $190.00;
2. (b) For a 2-year mechanical business entity which employs 6-20 licensed plumbing and/or fuel gas fitting technicians: $300.00; and
3. (c) For a 2-year mechanical business entity employing 21 or more licensed plumbing and/or fuel gas fitting technicians: $460.00.
