The board shall reinstate individual mechanical licenses and registration licenses, as follows:

1. (a) In accordance with the terms of the board's order if the licenses were suspended for disciplinary reasons; or
2. (b) In accordance with Saf-Mec 403 if the licenses lapsed as a result of non-renewal.
