Obligations of Plumbing Apprentices

Licensed plumbers shall take on as apprentices only those individuals who:
- (a) Work under a licensed NH master plumber who shall supervise the work experience and provide for educational development under an apprenticeship program meeting the requirements of the state apprenticeship council; and
- (b) Hold a currently valid apprentice registration license issued by the board.
