An out-of-state licensee seeking application for licensure shall be eligible for the licensing examination in plumbing and fuel gas fitting provided that he or she can demonstrate proof of licensure and/or certification from the state in which he or she are claiming to have worked, and provided further that the out-of-state licensee shall still comply with the prerequisites for the level of licensure sought regarding on-the-job experience, or its equivalent in an approved educational setting, as provided in RSA 153:27-38 and these rules.
