Effect of Declaratory Rulings

A declaratory ruling shall apply only to the board and to the person requesting it and shall be confined to the facts presented pursuant to Saf-Mec 216.02(a)(2) and Saf-Mec 216.02(a)(3) and in response to a request of the board made pursuant to Saf-Mec 216.03(b).
