Laboratory Accreditation, Independent Analysis

Any laboratory that performs an analysis of an additional test to determine its alcohol concentration pursuant to RSA 265-A:7, shall be accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting body pursuant to RSA 265-A:5, V.
