Denial of Renewal Medical Waiver

(a) In the event the commissioner denies a renewal medical waiver, they shall notify the driver-applicant in writing.
(b) Each person denied a renewal medical waiver shall have an opportunity for an administrative hearing in accordance with the provisions of Saf-C 200.
