This chapter shall be enforced pursuant to the general penalty provisions of RSA 262:41 except for the following:
- (a) Violations of hazardous materials transportation, pursuant to RSA 265:118;
- (b) Violations of disqualification and out of service orders pursuant to RSA 263:93-a and RSA 263:93-c; and
- (c) Pursuant to RSA 266:72-a, V(c), any driver who fails to stop or allow inspection as described in RSA 266:72-a, V(a) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. A second violation of RSA 266:72-a, V(a) shall result in suspension of the person's license or privilege to drive in New Hampshire and notification of such suspension to national motor vehicle license databases.
