1. (a) For the purposes of this section, the state fire marshal shall issue permits for applicable construction projects in accordance with the state building code adopted pursuant to RSA 155-A.
2. (b) Permit applications shall be made by the property owner on form DSFM 106 “State Building Permit Application” (rev. 8/16) and filed with the state fire marshal.
3. (c) Permit applications shall be filed no less than 30 days prior to the intended start date of the construction.
