- (a) Upon receipt of a complaint or information that alleges a license holder has committed fraud or misconduct, the commissioner shall review the complaint to determine whether the license holder has acted contrary to statutes or administrative rules.
- (b) If the commissioner determines that a basis exists for administrative action, the bureau of hearings shall schedule a hearing and issue a notice thereof, in accordance with these rules and Saf-C 200.
