- (a) The commissioner shall approve a training program, upon recommendation by the state fire marshal, that meets or exceeds the educational standards specified in these rules.
- (b) The commissioner shall approve an examination program, upon recommendation by the state fire marshal that meets or exceeds the standards specified in these rules.
