Change of Address

Effective Jul 21, 2007#8954, eff 7-21-07Commissioner, Department of Safety

(a) All license holders shall notify the department in writing of any change of address within 30 days of such change.
(b) Written notification shall be sent to the following address:
NH State Fire Marshal’s Office
Division of Fire Safety
33 Hazen Drive
Concord, NH 03305
