Scope of the Chapter

This chapter shall:
- (a) Govern the connection of self-dialing telephone alarms to any receiving agency;
- (b) Not relieve a person from fulfilling and complying with any other county, city, or town requirements; and
- (c) Not preclude any receiving agency from prescribing requirements not in conflict with the requirements appearing herein.
