The missing vulnerable adult alert program shall apply to situations when a person, who is 18 years of age or older and who resides or is believed to be in New Hampshire, is reported missing and a law enforcement agency determines that the person meets the definition of a missing vulnerable adult pursuant to RSA 106-J:3, III.
