The purpose of the missing vulnerable adult alert program is to set forth the standards and procedures for local law enforcement to determine if a person is a missing vulnerable adult as defined in RSA 106-J:3, III, including establishing a tiered approach to issuing alerts that inform the appropriate parties rapidly to assist in the search for and safe recovery of a missing vulnerable adult.
