- (a) "Department" means “department” as defined by RSA 106-J:3, II.
- (b) “Division” means the division of state police of the department.
- (c) “Law enforcement agency” means “law enforcement agency” as defined by RSA 105-D:1, V.
- (d) "Missing adult" means “missing adult” as defined by RSA 106-J:1.
- (e) “State police online telecommunications system (SPOTS)” means the system that provides access to files from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) criminal justice information system through the national law enforcement telecommunications system.
