1. (a) Executive heads shall be responsible for the ICS training of as many of their emergency response providers as is reasonably achievable.

2. (b) Executive heads shall determine the appropriate level of ICS training required according to the position and licensure held by each emergency response provider based on FEMA’s NIMS required and recommended training as set forth at:
