If a person fails to respond within 20 days to the request from an evaluator or the financial responsibility administrator for the information necessary to determine the amount of the required security, the financial responsibility administrator or accident evaluator shall utilize the criteria under Saf-C 7505.06 (e) to determine an amount of security. This amount shall be adjusted upon the submission of documentation substantiating actual cost of the repair or replacement to property.
