Upon receipt of a court abstract indicating that the person has been found not guilty in superior or district court, Saf-C 7503.03 shall not apply and such license or driving privilege revoked pursuant to RSA 265-A:2 or RSA 265-A:3-a shall be restored provided there are no other active suspensions or revocations in effect under any other statute or rule including reciprocity agreements and requirements.
