The commission shall meet no fewer than 4 regular meetings a year, to effect the purposes of RSA 106-H:5. Special meetings shall be called by order of the chairperson or vice-chairperson. Each member of the commission shall be notified in writing of each meeting and such notice shall contain the place, date, and time of the meeting.
