1. (a) Pursuant to RSA 381:10, within 10 days after termination of employment of any railroad police officer, the railroad shall file notice of termination at the:

   Office of the Commissioner

   Department of Safety

   James H. Hayes Building

   33 Hazen Drive

   Concord, New Hampshire 03305.

2. (b) Notices of termination filed with the commissioner shall include:

   1. (1) The name of the former officer;
   2. (2) The date of termination;
   3. (3) The name of the railroad; and
   4. (4) The signature and name of the chief police officer.
