In accordance with RSA 541-A:30, III, if the state fire marshal determines that public health, safety, or welfare requires emergency action, an immediate suspension of a license may be ordered pending an adjudicative hearing, which shall occur not later than 10 working days after the date of the suspension of the license. The adjudicative hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of Saf-C 200.
