1. (a) A manufacturer of preliminary breath test devices may submit a request for an evaluation of the device by the laboratory.

2. (b) Each device submitted for evaluation shall be accompanied by any peripheral materials necessary to perform the evaluation such as:

   1. (1) An operation manual;
   2. (2) A list of unit capabilities that include criteria identified in Saf-C 6802.03 (b);
   3. (3) The carrying case;
   4. (4) Mouthpieces;
   5. (5) Batteries; and
   6. (6) Peripheral hardware and software.
