- (a) The division shall provide DNA buccal collection kits to any agency responsible for the collection of DNA samples pursuant to RSA 651-C and these rules.
(b) The DNA buccal collection kit shall contain the following:
- (1) Kit shipping envelope;
- (2) Kit instruction sheet;
- (3) DNA database information card;
- (4) Kit shipping seal;
- (5) Biohazard barrier gloves;
- (6) Foam tipped paddle swab;
- (7) Collection card; and
- (8) Desiccant packet in a ziplock bag.
- (c) The kit shall not be used if the kit envelope integrity seals are broken.
