- (a) Pursuant to RSA 541-A:30,III, if an applicant whose permit was granted is in violation of any applicable federal and state laws, rules or regulations, the department shall immediately suspend the permit.
- (b) Pursuant to (a) above, applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations shall include Saf-C 600, Saf-C 900, 49 CFR 170-189, 381-382, 390-397 and 10 CFR 71 –73.
