- (a) Upon receipt of a completed application, the commissioner shall review the application to determine whether it complies with all applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations.
- (b) Upon receipt of a completed application, the department shall notify the office of emergency management.
- (c) An application shall be available to the public unless RSA 91-A:5 or a comparable federal law is applicable.
