All analytical data shall be recorded daily to include:
- (a) The date of testing;
- (b) The ranges and test results of all blanks, standards, and controls;
- (c) The lot numbers and expiration dates of solutions used;
- (d) The type of equipment used;
- (e) The results of the testing;
- (f) The reported value determined in accordance with Saf-C 6402.11;
- (g) A notation of any problems with the testing; and
- (h) The name of the person who conducted the test.
