(a) New Hampshire fire department and fire-related state agencies shall be charged fees for the utilization of mobile props, as follows:
- (1) There shall be no charge for the first 2 utilizations of mobile props in a fiscal year; and
- (2) Each subsequent utilization of mobile props in a fiscal year shall be the actual expenses incurred by the division, as calculated per Saf-C 6202.
- (b) Individuals and entities that are not New Hampshire fire departments and fire-related state agencies shall be charged the actual expenses incurred by the division for utilization of mobile props.
