1. (a) Any agent appointed by the commissioner, pursuant to RSA 270-D:14 and these rules, after notice and an opportunity for a hearing, shall have his or her appointment revoked by the department if:

   1. (1) The agent violated any statute, rule, or agreement adopted thereunder relative to safe boater education; or
   2. (2) The agent falsified any documentation submitted to the department.
