Pursuant to RSA 270-D:13, IV, an individual who has successfully completed a safe boater education course or safe boater equivalency examination after reaching the age of 15 shall be issued a safe boater education certificate upon attaining the age of 16 and upon fulfilling the requirements in Saf-C 6105.01.
