Approved Boat Safety Education Courses Providers

(a) The following organizations offer boat safety courses which shall be acceptable for the purposes of RSA 270-D:13, I(a):
1. (1) The department;
2. (2) Coast Guard Auxiliary;
3. (3) United States Power Squadron, (U.S.P.S.); and
4. (4) Individuals or private organizations approved in accordance with Saf-C 6103.02.
