No unvented space heater shall be offered for sale in New Hampshire unless it has been listed by a nationally recognized laboratory whose testing criteria, at a minimum, meet Underwriters’ Laboratory Standard 647, "Standard for Unvented Kerosene-Fired Room Heaters and Portable Heaters", Edition 2, April 16, 2010, or ANSI Z21.11.2, "Gas Fired Room Heaters", 2013 edition, both available as noted in Appendix B.
